Michelle Hamilton is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta (College of Alberta Psychologists)
Psychologists work with people who want help to change their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Counselling/therapy is a collaborative relationship between the client and a psychologist. It provides a safe, confidential, supportive environment to talk openly about your concerns and feelings.
Michelle is a Certified EMDR therapist (EMDRIA). EMDR therapy is an important evidence informed psychotherapy developed for treating trauma and PTSD. EMDR has helped millions of people of all ages find relief from the impact of psychological trauma and or other negative life experiences. EMDR helps reduce the distress or disturbance that remains long after an upsetting event is over. Please click here for more information about EMDR.
