Counselling
Michelle Hamilton is a Registered Psychologist (College of Alberta Psychologists) and a Certified Counsellor (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association).
Psychologists work with people who want help to change their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Counselling/therapy is a collaborative relationship between the client and a psychologist. It provides a safe, confidential, supportive environment to talk openly about your concerns and feelings.
